"Small-Group Training" Classes Offered: In order to conduct fitness classes safely and effectively, the classes are 2 to 6 persons at a time. Sign-up early to reserve your spot in class!
ReStretch for Muscle Health: This is the solution for chronic/stubborn mobility issues. Deeper stretches with an emphasis on breath and open-ness. Deeply challenging each muscle group.
Restorative Yoga: Slow down - way down! In this all levels completely restorative practice, you will drop into a quiet, very chilled out space in your mind as your body releases away layers of mental stress and tension. This is a no-sweat practice that moves your nervous system from the adrenalin push to a deep state of relaxation.
Strength for Seniors: Go at your own pace! It's a straight-forward and fun, easy to follow small group training class for senior-specific muscle toning. The convenient way to burn calories, strengthen muscles and IMPROVE BALANCE.
Kettlebell Konnection for Health: A choreographed sequence of linked exercises for all-level kettlebell users. In addition to the usual cardio and toning benefits, these dynamic movements also build balance and core strength.
Sports Conditioning: Pilates based program that specifically focused on building strong bones while also toning the major muscle groups and boosting flexibility. The program emphasizes weight bearing moves that strengthen your hips, knees and ankles.
Back on Track: This Small Group Training Class includes a mix of three toning styles: Traditional, functional fitness and multi-muscle exercises. This blend of techniques adds interest while also challenging your body in different ways. It works your abs, back and lower body in every possible angle, plane and position.Zumba is offered by request only.
